Air Fried Veggie Fries Recipe

Today we decided to make some delicious and healthy vegetable french fries using the OMMO large capacity 17 Qt. countertop air fryer oven.

This recipe will use Zucchini and Broccoli stalks to make these healthy and delicious french fries. This easy snack recipe for the air fryer is one of our favorites and I’m sure it will be yours also. Give it a try and let us know what you think.

Ingredients:

1 Zucchini

3 Medium Broccoli Stalks

1 Cup All-Purpose Flour

1 Cup Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

1/2 Cup Cornmeal

1/4 Cup Parmesan Grated Cheese

2 Eggs

Our House Seasoning Blend:

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Himalayan Sea Salt

White Pepper

Celery Seed

 

Prep:

• Peel off the outer skin of broccoli stalks using a vegetable peeler.
• Cut the zucchini and broccoli stalks into 1/2 inch thick strips about 3 inches long.
• Add the flour, corn meal and some seasoning to a large resealable bag.
• Next, into an additional bag, add Italian seasoned bread crumbs, grated parmesan and any additional house seasoning you like.
• Coat the broccoli and zucchini fries in all-purpose flour followed by egg wash and then the seasoned bread crumbs.

Place the coated fries onto a baking rack or oven tray in a single layer.

Tip: If Baking in your oven use a cooling rack over the baking tray to allow air toflow around the fries for even crisping.

 

Baking Instructions:

Preheat your oven at 350°F (or air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes).

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. You can spray the tops with some cooking spray half way through baking.

Allow to cool and enjoy with your favorite dip. Ranch dressing with some Sriracha hot sauce works great! Enjoy!
