This recipe for Pork Rib Sandwich is delicious and easy to make using the Ninja Foodi Air fryer Pressure Cooker. The McRib just got an upgrade in my kitchen, the pork rib sandwich is slathered in barbeque sauce with pickles and onions. Remember when your Mom said “we have McDonald’s at home”? 1 Rack St. Louis Baby Back Ribs

2-3 Oz. Trader Joe’s Italian Spicy Seasoning

4 Oz. Stubbs Bourbon Barbeque Sauce

2 Oz. Sweet Baby Rays Original BBQ Sauce

2 Oz. Fried Onions

Kosher Dill Pickles

Applewood Liquid Smoke

4 Sandwich Rolls

 

Prep:

Clean the baby back ribs by removing excess fat and silver skin.

Pat dry with paper towels. Season generously on both sides with the Italian Spicy Seasoning or you favorite dry rub.

Add 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker and 2-3 Tbsp. Applewood liquid smoke.

Add ribs to air crisp basket. Pressure cook on High for 20 minutes, quick release.

Next, air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes.

Remove ribs from air fryer and let stand for 5 minutes.

Remove the rib bones from the meat.

Mix Stubbs and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauces in a large bowl.

Dip the pork rib meat into the BBQ sauce and place on a slightly toasted sandwich roll.

Top the sandwich with kosher pickles, fried onions and more barbeque sauce.
