This easy recipe for BBQ steak tips can be made with or without a grill and easily converts to either an oven recipe or air fryer.

Ingredients:
1.5 to 2 Lbs. Sirloin Steak Strips
Marinade:

Onion Powder, Oregano, Basil)
3 Cloves Garlic (Chopped)
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp. Liquid Smoke (Hickory)
1/2 Cup Sliced Artichoke Marinade Juice (In the Jar)
Or Italian Dressing
Season the steak with the Italian seasoning mix.
Cut into 2-3 inch pieces.
Place all ingredients into a resealable freezer bag and allow to marinade in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes longer is better.
Preheat Ninja Foodi @ 400°F for 10 minutes.
Roast for 5 minutes.
Add the Guy Fieri Kansas City BBQ Sauce and flip the steak tips.
Continue to air fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Baste with another layer of the Guy Fieri BBQ sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
Check with a meat thermometer for the meat temperature to reach 140°F for medium.
Remove from heat.
Allow the steak tips to rest for 2-3 minutes and then dig in and enjoy!
