Ingredients:

Bone-in Ribeye Steak

6 Large White Mushrooms
1 Tbsp. Garlic (minced)
1 Onion Sliced
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tsp. Garlic Powder
Salt
Black Pepper

Sear mushrooms in olive oil until toasted and dry.

Sauté onions in olive oil and butter until caramelized.

Season with salt, black pepper & garlic powder. 

Finish cooking mushrooms and onions together for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat set aside. Turn heat on high, season
steak with salt, black pepper and garlic powder.

Sear ribeye on both sides, add 2 tbsp. butter and garlic,
continue to cook to medium doneness about 145°F basting
constantly. 

Remove from heat and let rest.

Top with sautéed onions and mushrooms and a side of greens.

Don’t forget to drizzle some of that awesome garlic butter sauce over the top!
